92 of 92 predicted candidates passed.

CMSE 2026 written result

PrepCMS runs on Cytostack's M.A.R.S. engine, the Meta-Adaptive Remediation System that also runs PrepMCQ. The engine does not add more questions. It produces a readiness number: whether a doctor is ready to pass before they enter the exam hall.

For the UPSC Combined Medical Services written exam in 2026, that number was checked against a public result. Of more than 1,300 PrepCMS users, the engine marked 92 doctors ready. All 92 names appeared on UPSC's written qualified list.

The Readiness Analysis was built over two years from how doctors answer real CMS questions: what they get right, what they get wrong, and how sure they are. Mocks are marked as UPSC marks them, then compared with the real cutoff of 380 out of 500. Above that line, the candidate is treated as ready to pass. Below it, the product shows what to fix.

The same engine is now running for CMSE 2027.
