We told 92 doctors they were ready. All 92 passed CMSE 2026.
PrepCMS is India's platform for the UPSC Combined Medical Services examination. It runs the same M.A.R.S. engine as PrepMCQ. The Readiness Analysis tells a working doctor, before the exam, whether they are ready to pass.

92 of 92
Of more than 1,300 PrepCMS users, the engine marked 92 ready before the CMSE 2026 written exam. They entered the hall with that number. UPSC published the written qualified list. All 92 names were on it.
Do not walk into the exam hall with a feeling.
Walk in with a readiness score. Every mock is marked as UPSC marks it, then compared with the real cutoff of 380 out of 500. Above the line, you are ready to pass. Below it, the app shows what to fix.

Real questions from real CMS papers. Paper I and Paper II, the same 120-question, 2-hour pattern, the same negative marking. Every question has a full explanation, including why the wrong option looks right.

Fix
Sure, Unsure or Guessing on every answer. A right answer given while guessing is still a fix. Luck does not repeat on exam day. A wrong answer given with certainty is a misconception. Those items return, worst first, until they are right twice on two different days.
